The anticipated demise of merchant if not sold was not real but the cover story for yet another day light robbery by the jackasses who have robbed everything they can lay their hands on, including elections.
The bad debt which caused the liquidity problem that threatened the solvency of the bank was recoverable. The debtor had assets to cover the debt by at least 3 times. So what was the problem.

Intervention by Related parties is clearly what has caused this huge financial loss to the state. If the president did not realise that being a brother to the debtor should have ruled him out of even attending any meeting where the matter is being discussed, then that alone should warn Ghanaians we are dealing with a bushman who does not understand complex governance issues and is not fit to rule the country.
The question is what next?.When everyone was saying Atta Mills was the worse President ever, little did we know he was merely the equivalent of John the Baptist preceding the Real Anti Christ.
Ghana is blessed, we have natural and human resources in abundance.That is why the anti christ has targeted us. We need prayers as well using our heads to cast out these demons

the year has started and now that its evident the people can not be fooled or lied to any longer by the ndc regime we now see the traitors of the Akan cause within the npp raising their heads talking shit . these people are so morally bankrupt that they sold the gold to foreigners thus giving the golden goose away and we the silent majority loose 10 to 15 billion dollars a year. k4 was appointed UN envoy not because he he was a man of integrity and justice rather because in a very sophisticated legal manner disrobed the people of ghana of their wealth and handed it over to multinational corporations . these corporations continue to flare gas so much so the the white snow has turned black from soot ,farming land in nigeria has become barren and poisonous so they as this greedy fool to publicly sanction the rape of this planet . we say good riddance if it means he will no longer interfere in our destiny. alan cash our so called minister of industry didnt implement a single program for industrialization and is now blaming others for his incompetence and stupidity. k4 did not encourage the unity of the Akans rather exploited the diaspora (mainly fantis ) when they came and frustrated any effort for them to bring their potentials and capital home . the few that came were victims of outrageous shakedowns and institutional blackmail for monies . yes we were not blind and we rejoiced when nana akufo addo came and tried to clean house , hopefully ken agyapong continues and rids the party of these corrupt and morally bankrupt infiltrators. pepeni is broken and is no more a respected factor. this time we shall also expose the criminal element hiding in the shadows of the npp as the truth will make us stronger and give us a chance to turn the country around . for over 50 years every govt has failed us due to our own laziness and our ignoring the truth. k4 in his manhyia only politics caused divisions among the Akans , with his politics of favoritism and cronyism systematically denying the majority any true participation in the riches of the land just like we see today in this merchant bank deal , very similar to that shameful hotel deal his son did . all these deals are legal but morally bankrupt just as giving govt bungalows to officials yet the taxi driver or market woman can never dream of such a right or blessing . this political oligarchy only functions when they see some personal benefit for themselves and so we continue to advocate for war or revolution that will clean all of them from the face of this earth . long live the republic of Akan

WELL; WELL ; I think people do not get it !!!!!!!!!; this deal is a plot by Jon Mahama to save his brother and his own involvement in this E and P company ; you the demise of Atta Mills is unfolding in another dimension and the reaso why people believe that Atta Mills was murdered by Jon Mahama in order to be President ; the facts are clear this Bank since its inception have been doing quite well untill it started handing bid unpaid loans to these so called business men of which members of the NPP are are also in seriouly in debt ; Ibrahim Mahama is heavily in debt with the Bank and his brother Jon Mahama is attempting to GET HIM OFF BY NOT PAYING THE DEBT ; this is nothing new at all because there are numeous loans which the government underwrote under Rawlings and Kuffour government which made some people rich overnight in Ghana ; we know people like ET Mensah ; David lamptey and others of the NDC who were mere clerks and poor individuals who could not even look after their own children; suddenly they became rich overnight and rolling in money ; the question is have they all paid their debts to the government and the banks; besides has parliament examined all these loans and seized the assets of these people ; ; furthermore these guys who bought the bank what are the source of their funds and how did they get the huge funds and have they being paying their taxes to the government ; to me the whole deal is a sinister ploy to save E and P company of which Jon Mahama is involved withis brother ;to me I see this purchase/looting of state assets in two dimensions ; the NPP under Kuffour dold serious state assets and made a lot of corruption money ; Kuffour was involved in the EO deal which gave huge equity to this under Kuffour and Kuffour got his % then there is the sale of the Rig again Kuffour made a feww dollars out of this ; kuffour families and frineds were located huge contracts ; I do not know what you call that than to say that the deal is an issue of equalisation "YOU DO ME I DO YOU "; NPP under Kuffour stloe so why not the NDC under Jon Mahama ; the question is who suffers ; IT IS MOTHER GHANA !!!!!!!!!; THEY ALL THE SAME ; BUT KUFFOUR AND RAWLINGS WILL SAY THEY RESPECTED STATESMEN "'BULL 'SHIT"

What a laughing stock these "Honourable Members" are.
These people apply to the people for jobs as MPs and don't have a clear understanding of what the job entails.
The people vote these people into their jobs and don't have a clear understanding of what they are supposed to be doing.
Is it any wonder that black people are referred to as apes and stupid in this part of the world where I live?
