  Any way you can be on contract if you perform well or the usual "go on leave prior to retirement" will catch you.

  Well; Well Well; So where has this over qualified man been all the time when TOR was facing incredible problems; what advice was he given the various government including Kuffour; Rawlings ; Atta Mills and Jon Mahama ; did nobody take any notice of this man with his chain of paper qualifications In Ghana ; this is the problem with the Ghanaian mentality "OVER QUALIFICATION AND BIG DEGREES but non -performance ; as I have always said the mere acquisition of paper qualifications does not necessarily mean you can do the job ; my question is with all these string of accolade from abroad ; what was his performance index at TOR ; it seems the man has gone throgh all the relevant training but then we are not told what he achieved at TOR ; this man to is member of the SECRET QUALIFICATION ACQUISITION SOCIETY IN GHANA ; their aim is acquire as much paper qualifications but cannot deliver but use these paper qualifications as a means to the TOP ; sit in aircondition office and achieve NOTHING for mother Ghana ; it is like;ly this man can not deliver ; WE ARE NOT IMPRESSED!!!!!!!!!!!!

  The dates on the CV require revision: BSc(Hons) in Chemical Engineering from 1974 to 1976 at UST (KNUST) is a bit far-fetched. And then his National Service was from 1980 to 1981. Could it be 1974-1978 for BSc(Hons), and then an MBA from 1978 to 1980 (abroad) before he did his National Service in 1980-81?
  
  Not that the dates matter (as competence is key) but if you cannot put these right then do not include them.

  I love to challenge myself by taking on daunting tasks which nobody want - tough assignments make me feel unique after my goals are accomplished. And, I hope the new TOR CEO will have a similar intuition.

This guy was from Mafi-Kumase nearly 60 kilos from Ada-Foah. He used to come along with one Nelson Sekpey (Mineral Engineering)Israel Kuadey (Geodetics) and Dan Amlalo (Biochems)...They formed the the other side of the Tongu Students alongside with the Almighty Mepe Students.   With the few years I spent whilst working with you at TOR, I can vouch that you are the best man for the job. Indeed when TOR was going through all the difficulties, I kept on asking why you were not made the Chief Executive for TOR and government after government kept appointing strangers to the place.
  
  I can never stop commenting the agile manner in which you handled the commissioning of the migration from fully pneumatic to digital automation of the Crude Distillation and Pre-forming Units at TOR which employed the Foxboro Intelligent Automation System.
  
  Your full comprehension of every facet of the process was awesome and left indelible impressions on some of us.
  
  I have no doubt that your invaluable work experience coupled with the humane approach to workforce will surely help you stem the troubled tides at TOR.
  
  Why were you not sighted earlier on? Let the politicians answer this question.
  
  Remember also to help the non-performing assets that were off-loaded by Dr Sarpong to also perform to help you achieve the various targets you would be setting for yourself.

Today,we have learnt that hauage drivers have embarked on some sort of 'industrial action' to press home some concerns they have with the TOR mgmt. Let`s count on his human touch experience to bring this issue to a speedy resolution,so as not to disrupt the distribution of petroleum products across the country. I dn not think I have draw his attention to the fact that this is a 'hot potato' issue,which can seriously undermine his tenure in office! We wish him good luck.

  3. The last time I checked, there is no school like Lacross University anywhere in Missouri. University if Wisconsin system has a campus in Lacross but does not, and has never, offered a PhD in Finance. Another "Dr." Spio Garbrah? Shall we look at his diploma.
  
  I don't discount his long experience but does that have to be coated with anything to get the job at 60?

  First of all lacrosse university does not exist. Lacrosse used to be a degree mill, no accreditation. You do a PHD in 3 months through correspondence. Ghana needs action not bogus degrees and titles.
