  Ghana is really a doomed country and dump people. common diabetes treatment, we need foreign support. don't we have medical professionals who can train health workers on diabetes management in Ghana. we are just overly dependent on foreign support for every thing even, something that we can do, we still want someone to come and do it for us. this is the reason why we cannot never developed. anyway, Ghana must be careful in dealing with Israel, they're not people to be trusted. currently, they have been engaged in a mass deportation of African migrants, they promised to remove all African in Israel, irrespective of your immigration status. this shows how they hate Africans or black people
