  unfortunately we are back to square one. what was the basis for the implementation of the pay policy. was it not based on rigorous research and inputs by all relevant stakeholders?

  they should have been asking what gov doctors/teachers etc make in Lagos, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Kenya etc..And if proposed was much larger that pay in Lagos or Ivory coast or Kenya questions should have been asked and pay rat ...

  BETTER RETURNS IF SOME OF THESE JOBS ARE CONTRACTED. IF THE WORK IS NOT DONE PROPERLY TERMINATE THE CONTRACT SINCE AUTHORITIES CAN MAKE IT CLEAR DURING CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS THE ACCOUNTABILITY, RESPOSIBILITY AND NO NONSE APPR ...
