  What is the problem with Ghanaians appointed to man Ghana government run institutions? They woefully fail us, but go on to perform well with international institutions.
  
  There are numerous examples around and I do not have to name them. For the sake of Ghana and her people try to put a little sense of patriotism in your work when you get the chance to serve Ghana own institutions.

I would appreciate it if you could congratulate Mr Beecham for serving his country by contributing effectively at Merchant Bank for more than 25 years of dedicated service. If you haven't realized West-African nations are uniting to decrease poverty by way of job creation etc. This means putting the right leaders in the right positions. CONGRATULATIONS MR BEECHAM!!!
