NPP took everyone on in Ghana for granted; either EC, high court,Media,parliament and name them. NPP is always right and knew everything in Ghana. Does why they will lose and NPP is over, no respect for mankind or anybody. Any suffering Ghanaians going through is from NPP,they went round both internal & abroad destroying Ghana good image.   It is apparent where Mahama Ayariga is coming from and there are no surprises here. What is uncouth, what is unacceptable, what is a justifiable absurdity and grossly unbecoming and clearly untenable, is a Speaker of the House of the representatives of the people, who would shed his constitutional obligation and responsibilities by acting whimsically and capriciously, by throwing out a motion to investigate an action clearly deemed to be improper in the sale of a state asset-the sale of merchant bank, of which a very vulnerable group of the citizenry and of society ie pensioners investible funds are involved, by instituting the necessary measures to investigate the anomalies and controversies very much steeped in corruption, which has implicated the Presidency, to provide the needed checks and balances, when the constitution makes provision for it, whether the said matter is in court or not and also, the precedent had been set of which 6 or 7 cases can be cited to support the action and motion to investigate the popular request of the citizenry.
  The decision to throw out the motion by the Speaker sadly did not pass the integrity test, when subjected to strict scrutiny and the gov't's own position, of deepening transparency and accountability, necessary sine qua non for good and effective governance, accountable to the manifest wishes of the masses.

  An example NPP gave was the creation of the 45 newly constituencies which he Doe Adjaho hurriedly pushed it into law with the unscrupulous majority in 2012 whilst the case was seriously being challenged at the courts of the land so why turn round and say different thing linking to the stinky taking over by Fortiz of Merchant Bank?
  
  The criminally corrupt Mahama led NDC, by every standard are good and cleverly consistent with one thing and one thing only; twisting and feeding the people with lies.
  
  
  
  
  The question every meaningful Ghanaian is asking is, why is the NDC using state resource including its members of the legislation and government tools to unbelievably support a suspicious dubious private entity taking over a state organisation? Why?

  The substance of the issue here is about dubious take over of a national institution, Merchant bank by an entity without creditable acid text of the business organisation Fortiz criminally formed just about 6 months ago by equally criminally suspicious gangsters with political connections allowed and supported by the Mahama led non-performer government to take over the state asset.
  
  Doe Adjaho's elementary and unfairly legal contention for rubbishing the table before him in the august office of the legislators was that, the Merchant bank take over is before the court. My question here was, were the newly 45 constituencies he allowed a motion to be rightified not before same court of the land?
  
  No where in my previous contribution here did I mentioned government spending money. I still stand by the fact that the stinky take over of Merchant bank is a crime against the interest of the people and country and must be stopped. We won't standby doing nothing like did happened to Nsawam Cannery when we were then violently taken hostage by the gun. Period!
  
  Open your eyes widely, use your empty knucklehead to think deep and come again with better logical and analytic academic approach to the burning national issue under discussion.
