You used these lies to harass people and killed innocent Ghanaians. Where is your evidence that supports your claim?

When in Ghana have we heard about the level of embezzlement and corruption that's going on in the John Mahama-led NDC govt? It has never been heard of before; the level of corruption and mismanagement in the NDC govt. is unprecedented! Yet Rawlings and his men had the guts to execute innocent people and murdered some of the country's noble judges. Now he's confessing openly about it but finds it difficult to say he's sorry for his crimes.

Your statements only indicate that you're hopelessly out of touch with reality. People like you dwell on rumour without any substantial proof. Don't waste your time because what you've posted here shows you're uninformed.

If these do not qualify as quantified "substantial proof", at least, they serve as tangible examples.

If you disagree with Double Standards's statements and examples, and if your counter argument is that corruption is equally, or more rumpant in Mahama's current NDC government than in Kufuor's NPP government, you should have provided us with some "substantial proof". You have certainly given us a dose of emotional generalities, but not the type of "substantial proof" you demand of Double Standards.

Jake has three negatives that does not make him suitable to lead the party as the National chairman for the 2016 general elections. 1) The gross incompetent leadership of Jake actually contributed to the NPP's defeat in 2012 when the prospects were bright for Nana Addo to win the election. 2) Jake's understanding of politics is completely out of tune with the demands of present day world politics. His politics still carries the hang-over of the CPP/NLM days when his father the Late Obitsebi-Lamptey ran into self-imposed exile in Togo and from where he smuggled bombs and explosives across the border to I.C. Quaye's father, Mallam Tula and others to throw at Nkrumah during National celebrations. His father was arrested by the security agencies at the time at his hide-out at Bawleshie, East Legon and later tried and sentenced. Jake is still filled with venom against any groups or individuals who are outside NPP. His limited education also is a handicap for him to internalize the the political ,economic and social changes sweeping through contemporary Ghana and the world at large. 3)Jake has nothing to contribute intellectually to the contemporary day politics of the NPP iwhich is what the youth in the NPP have in abundance for the party. What Jake has in abundant supply for the NPP is THUGGERY whicH he is well-known for behind his facade of a gentile persona. THIS WAS LAST RELEVANT IN THE 2000 ELECTIONS WHEN THE WEST WANTED A REGIME CHANGE BY FAIR OR FOUL MEANS BUT WILL NOT TOLERATE THAT IN THE GHANAIAN POLITICS OF TODAY. If that should be tried again this time NPP will lose the support and good will of the west. 4) The other albatross around Jake's neck which he cannot cast off before 2016 and which Nana Akuffo Addo envisages will hurt his chances and that of the NPP in 2016 is his infamous purchase of the gov't bungalow which he lived in as a chief of staff and minister of state for U§200,000 and sold it for U§5,000,000. This is all public knowledge. If Nana Akuffo Addo does not want to lose again in 20^6, then he should stand by his decision that Jake should not contest the National Chairmanship of the NPP this time around. The youth of the party are ready to stand by Nana on this decision. Failure fpr Nana Addo to heed this advice will surely lead him to another humiliating crushing defeat for him in 2016. This will spell doom for the party in terms of its fortunes in the years ahead and will be a terrible political legacy for Nana Addo to bequeath to the NPP after all his years of toil for the party and the nation. A word to the wise is............

Anyone who wishes to hold certain post in the party has the right to file for his/her nomination at the party's headquarters and wait till the congress. Delegates at the national level will decide who to chose for various positions or posts. It's absurd for the NDC to continue to cause unnecessary chaos and panic using their thrash newspapers. People have to be smart---learn to be clever and don't believe everything that the Informer or Mis-Informer thrash paper will publish. They're only out there to cause mischief.

If this report is true then, Jake, you agree with those of us who state that you don't know the cause of your failure to win the elections in 2008 and 2012. According to the NPP constitution you are now the leader of the party and you must see that the right thing is done. If you don't investigate the cause of your defeat it is likely that you can repeat the same mistakes as in 2008 and 2012. Jake, almost all of you are businessmen. When your business starts declining don't you try to find out why? Perhaps you are afraid to know why you lost twice with your winning candidate. I believe in politics we should be guide by facts and not by emotions. In 2008 and 2012 you drew huge crowds to your rallies but failed miserably to win in the very constituents where the rallies were held. WHY? Did you have a bad message, were your candidates not appealling to the voters, or your campainers were lousy? Jake, Ghana needs an opposition which knows how to handle difficult situations and find solutions to them. Show your leadership qualities, Jake.
