how many times of such incedent in Ghana and lessions lean of it, we have a long way to go God help us.
How many times do you hear such incident in Ghana? It rather happens more in the West especially the US, where parents forgetfully leave their children in the car during summertime.
The kids should have been able to open the doors...in America, a four year old kid would have done that easily...its the issue of African parents failing to teach/show kids safety measures...the parents failed them...should b ...

This need further investigation. If the kids could open the door from outside to enter, it is difficult to understand why they could not open from inside.
The following could easily be check:

Very sad indeed. Why are we failing with 'thy brother's keeper'? Didn't any adult notice kids entering the car and try to question them?
May their souls rest in peace.
What do mean by "what will happen will happen"?
Things will happen in your life that you can't stop, but that's no reason to shut out the world. There's a purpose for the good and for the bad.
The father should be dragged to court for negligence of duty. He supposed to close and lock the door of the vehicle. You can't pack your car without locking it and if you leave your kids in the car, the police will pick you u ...

THE CHOSEN ONE i agree with you.In the olden days it takes a community to raise a child and any adult can punish a child for wrong doing. That was why Africans had morals those days, but for now it is the other way round.
Why tell us the car was locked then getting to the end you said the father did not lock the car?
Ghanaba, are you reading a different story? It never said the car was locked!
Bold letter Headline says that
Father did not lock car but kids did when they got into it.mistakenly or on purpose by pushing down lock.Hence died in a locked car
Or child locks on
The story also says the father and mother went to a church meeting (2nd paragraph) but then says the mother went shopping (last paragraph). Who are these people calling themselves journalists?
Read it properly.shopping trip was a previous case in east legon
Sad to read this but the police should arrest both parents for negligence. What parents should know is that their children are more important than the church.
2 kids dead and don blunt dede bansah are trying to pick unfounded holes in story.read my comment.parents least prob. In this difficult time.RIP
Why did they leave the children home?
I can't imagine going to church without my children and grandchildren. The parents should read these two Bible lessons for guidance. I'm terribly sad. May their souls rest in peace!
What a sad story! The parents will forever blame themselves for such a tragedy. May souls of the departed rest in peace.
This is a wakeup call for all of us.
