Samia alone has squandered all the funds... Jesus Christ! Let me say this; that lady is the only credible person you have left(different cultural background and different perspectives) and probably the person anyone will like to think about voting for in the future: You men have taught us you have NO credibility as far as management of Ghana is concerned. Now, all that you do is hurtle up empty accusations because of premonitions about chances the lady may have for a shot at the Chairmanship.

Well, let me spell it out: I don't believe any politician in Ghana including those shameful "people" who are sour and are biting their fingers for not being able to bend the lady to their whims.

Since Ghana's independence, men have been the downfall of Ghana dwarfing development and abysmal performance in just every professional landscape imaginable, so it isn't now I will believe any. Now, they're edging hard to vitiate the image and visions/ objectives of the only lady on whom some of us are counting in case Mahama fails his development strategy.

She uses and dumps people? They should be smart.

So far, Samia Yaba Nkrumah is the only person in the Country who has given the best
Economic and Financial Management -Development Plans Speeches,and have shown Commitment to the cause of the ordinary Ghanaian.A recent example that comes to mind is her advances to the Parliament House against the dangers of GMO products and Breed/Breeders Bill before the House.
Who else care of "we the people" aside from
Samia Nkrumah ! I have Confidence in the person of Samia Nkrumah to move the Country forward when given the chance,and ask all well meaning

CPP had no chance of winning the presidency in 2012, therefore if the party had reluctantly rallied behind Nduom and use his popularity for more seats, Hon Samia's chances in 2016 would have been very promising. CPP needed Nduom's cash and influence in the 2012 elections. I hate the guy but I am also wise enough to know that his presence in the party was a great benefit and relevant during all the past elections till 2012. She should have listened to Kweku Baako and Kwesi Pratt!!!!

The bottom line is that Samia is too naive and politically ignorant to be of any use for the CPP or for that matter, any other political Party.

I actually blame Nduom himself for financing the return of Samia, then a mere housewife in Italy, back to Ghana on the flimsy, childish and lazy elitist notion that the CPP could use the weight of Samia's name to rally greater support for the Party. After additionally making it possible for Samia to settle down comfortably in Ghana, she grew wings and horns and decided to slap Nduom, her benefactor in the face by beginning to demonize him under the devious instruction from principally Akosah.

Samia may have some vague idea and some remote sense of appreciation of what her father may have been trying to accomplish for Africa and the world. She may therefore be learning the ropes of how to fit into her fathers gigantic shoes like many millions of other Ghanaians and Africans who should know better. I however wonder if she can survive the turbulence of deceit and the skulduggery of politics before she manages to get to her intended destination.

Both Nduom and Samia have misfired badly in this regard. Their collective misconduct alone proves that both of them are not politically smart enough nor mature enough to run the affairs of state if given the chance.

That Samia was being manipulated by the likes of Akosah who was also nursing his own Presidential ambitions and who felt that Nduom was a threat to those ambitions and therefore must be kicked out of the party, is not in doubt and cannot be denied.

Samia who did not even know the basic fact that there are always differences between any two persons in any political party and that one needs to be extremely resilient and tolerant to succeed in politics, was influenced and tricked by Akosah to get Nduom out of the way to pave way for his own grand megalomaniac dreams to cheaply take over the CPP.

Unfortunately many discerning and vital members of the CPP were so disenchanted and disappointed with all this brouhaha that they either followed Nduom out or just simply abandoned ship and left on their own free will to join or support other political parties.

The result of all this has left the CPP, which potentially is the strongest and the most gifted political organization in this country, in complete tatters and shambles. It can be rightly said that the CPP is now on life support - barely alive.

Now the paranoia sets in. Could it be said that some notable self-proclaimed Nkrumaists are also under foreign imperialist instruction to scupper Nkrumahs heritage?

Knowing for a fact that this is the only known remaining stratagem that can be used by Africa to extricate itself from the painful and unending clutches of imperialist inspired and designed backwardness, this hypothesis cannot be entirely dismissed as being far-fetched.

Akosa and his likes should apologize to the spirit of the Osagyefo and he Akosa's late father who was a District Commissioner under Osagyefo;s CPP for turning out to be one of the main causes of the sorry state of the CPP now, due to his unbriddledl hatred for Ndoum who had kept the hope of the CPP returning to power in Ghana by poisoning the mind of the politically naive and I dare say silly daughter of the Osagyefo to dismiss the CPP icon in the person of Nduom simply because of Akosa's jealousy of Nduom who beat him to the flagbearership of the CPP. The departure of Nduom from the CPP really took the shine from the CPP.Whjat had been the contribution of Akosa to the CPP before and after the departure of Nduom? Absolutely nothing except to come before TV cameras on the Founder's day to whine about the organizational abilities of the Osagyefo which unfortunately, he has refused to learn from. The way forward for the Cpp is for Samia, Akosa, and all those who caused that break-away in one way or the other to apologize to Nduom and also SERIOUSLY deal with the unity talks with the PNC and other Nkrumahist parties to UNITE NOW or forever keep mute about it. Some of us are fed up with statements about unity only in election years. Mark you, no one says Nduom is a saint and in the same measure none can claim absolute right in his/her dealings with a fellow being. Let UNITY and PEACE reign in the Nkrumahist front NOW!!

Fact is the CPP as a party has outlived its usefulness. It was formed to champion the cause of freedom and it did! What the members of this party should know is that times and causes change . The people who worked with Dr Nkrumah to accomplish the goal at the time are no longer here. Those around now do not have the courage, boldness, intellectual drive etc which their forebears had. To blame Samia is to beg the issue. Change her and you will be the same!
Before the elections I wrote a piece advising the CPP to reinvent itself by changing its name and other methodologies.
I cited the example of the NPP, they knew what this means to winning an election. Just look at the way the've continuously reinvented themselves , from UP/PP/PFP/NPP. It may sound childish to the uninitiated , but a political theorist understands what is at stake . The same old faces of the above party has paraded themselves under a new name and so kept themselves in the political,arena.
Fact is when a party is formed with a clear objective and that objective is accomplished, it gives way. So CPP , think twice, you are living in the past, this explains your poor showing. Even Dr Ndoum who broke away, what was he able to garner? He tried mimicking the CPP,Mehta was he able to achieve, nothing.

Yes there are some in the CPP desperate for party funds and funding sources they will give in to the authoritative approach adopted by Paa Kwesi Ndoum but others will simply not roll over.
CPP is not doing well in Ghana politics anymore because they lack core values and its current leadership inflicted by the tribal ailment that afflict every Ghanaian. 1.That the CPP made a great mistake by electing a jhonny-just-come in ghana politics in the person of Samia Nkrumah as a chairperson of the party.

2.That, the CPP couldn't solve their internal disputes and allow some important members like Dr. Paa Kwesi Ndom &co. to leave the party.

What a pity to see a great party like cpp rotten and fading away into thin air.

I am suggesting to the CPP and it's executives to Reform the Party.

2.to find ways and means to bring back important former members.

3. to merge with the PPP, PNC and all Nkrumaists.

4. Samia Nkrumah must be removed from the Chairmanship and should be given the post of national womens organiser of the party.

Why womens organiser?

This position will help the party to sell Samia well to the Ghanaian public if they want to use her for higher a position in the future.

The present executives of the CPP, should stop, think and cry for the party.

when samia eventually eshew pride and settle home then everything will be in its conclusive place. remember when she touched down in ghana, the younger brother advised her that the place to be is the NDC. NDC will deliver a female president eventually && when we get there no female can stand against the moving spirit behind NDC. if it will be samia, so be it. we really love her & she will crumble in the face of our intense advances.

Maybe the real disease is that the CPP is a hopelessly disorganised movement. Any party that harks to days of old of a man deceased 40+ years ago and does not appeal to the majority of voters (who incidentally were not born when Dr Nkrumah was in power) cannot hope to attain influence, let alone power! CPP should either find a platform where it talks of our realities, or forever shut up! And for Heaven's Sake don't blame your disunity on one woman
