  I just can not let this article pass without any comments. Please see some of my issues with the article in capital letter below:
  
  1. What is '...cooperation is to strengthen the CO RELATIONSHIP between the two countries and support in areas of implementation?'
  
  2. What is '...his visit to Ghana has BEING meaningful based on good hospitality and engagement given him?'
  
  3. what is'....He RECOMMENDS Government of Ghana for putting much effort in the development of Akosombo DAM and keeping Kwame Nkrumah MUSLIM as tourist site during his visit?
  
  4. What is...'he MENTION some agreed areas to collaborate on which include construction of DUMS, implementation TO agriculture machineries, Tourism, education and other areas.
  
  5. What is '...Hannah serwah Tetteh, Minister of Foreign Affair and Regional Integration said THE Ethiopia and Ghana over the past years have BEEING PIONEERING IN RESPECT OF promoting Africa unity, integration and solidarity between TWO member states?'

  The whole article is a mess and I wonder why Ghanaweb would publish it.
  
  Somebody tell me...... Is this meant to be consumed by any serious reader of publications on the web?
  
  I honestly do not mean any harm only that I think Anita needs to improve her English and report writing skills.

  I thought I was the only one in this. I felt a little sad for the good lady Anita but I guess her employers, if any, have not done her any good at all. Instead of helping to up her game, they, if any, have caused her more harm than good. Abu, you are right on target to say that these are many of the reasons Ghana is retrogressing...... competence does not really count when it comes to recruitment in so many quarters in Ghana. Thanks to you all for making my day in the DR Congo. Can yu imagine having this poor lady as your child's English tutor?
