The above comment by PC Ofori implies that Mahama is Goliath.. It also means that Nana Addo in 2012 was "David" hoping to dismantle Goliath but because God's hands was not on him as it was on David, he could not finish Goliath. If Nana Addo has lost favour with God, why should we retain him as our flagbearer?

I might support Nana if he declares to be the flagbearer of NPP, but we have to allow anyone who wants to run to do so. Arthur K did it, and got 1 vote. Let them all run and test Nana's popularity. We cannot crown Nana to the elections. He needs to work hard to win our votes and unite us after the congress. I will not support any calls to suppress anyone who wants to run for the flag bearer spot. What I hate is destroying ourselves in that process. Please everyone should state their claim and what they think they can do better than the other not dig dirt on each other and leave it out there for the opposition. I hope we all start educating our candidates. Alan, Apraku, Nana, etc... All should be allowed to run

Hahahahaaa! I can't stop laughing from pro-NDC contributors to P.C. Appiah-Ofori's comments. It's so obvious that declaring what is the best options for NPP into the 2016 presidential race for the NPP has some folks feeling uneasy with many wiggling in their seats.

There will be other party presidential aspirants to contest for the slot during the March congress. So people shouldn't complain or engage in any fights or quarrels; they delegates will decide who they believe will be NPP's better marketable option of a candidate. There shouldn't be any qualms or any squabbles here; let's wait for the "D-day" and the outcome after congress.

The NDC have succeeded in painting Nana in negative colours and that's why people like you will attempt to lie about him.

During the previous campaigns ie: 2007 and thereafter, the NDC used all kinds of wicked plot and vile propaganda to tarnish the image of this nobleman. Nana's mistake was to have kept quiet for a long time until some NPP leaders urged him to come out and refute those destructive allegations against him. It had taken a long time for him to react to those negative messages about him.

Nana had always appeared confident and cool about everything even while on is campaign tours back them. Surprised by the man's indifference to their attacks they [NDC] turned around to accuse him of arrogance, self-centeredness and arrogance as you seem to proclaim here. May I ask if you know Nana Akufo-Addo personally or are you in anyway related to him or associated with any of his siblings or family, close or extended? Just tell Ghanaians or forumers here, on Ghanaweb.

When Nana threatened court action against his criminals who perpetrated those wicked plot to destroy him, they backed off---they vanished into thin air. So it's not a big surprise for people like you who don't even know Nana attempt to post vague description about a man you pretend to know. It's criminal and it's shameful. Do not attempt to do this else you could get yourself in big trouble even if you think you're secure to use the internet to whatever you intend to do.
