Where are the richmen and politicians, MPs from the area. This will not happen in Kwahu region because one rich man will take the reponsibility and provide furniture to the schools for show. My people from the North, we have reached a part in our political and economic journey where GOD HELPS THOSE WHO HELP THEMSEVES. Wake up and help your community

This is really sad for us all. Gold Coast in modern day Ghana. The Gold Coast has a tale of Two Cities. The lucky earlier generation that took full advantage of Nkrumah's Free Education and the poor souls who can't and don't get help from the early riders. We have well educated an powerful Northerners with a lot juice in Ghana who can help BUT will not. Why? They don't want competition. To educate and polish the new breed, they will have to fight to stay in power to suppress them. We get educated to go back to help our unfortunate lot, but in some parts of this Gold Coast, help is not in their vocabulary. They don't even want to go back to develop and would rather stay and live the life in the big cities. God forbid if you ask or transfer them to their own neighborhood to help rebuild and restore dignity. They say and tell you their part of the country is being neglected, but loo, it's their educated bunch who are and have neglected their own development. With all the Presidential, Ministerial and MDs clot they have, such an eyesore should never be happening. I know I'm going to step on toes with this little say but, so be for the truth even though painful, must be told. It's not the government that has to do everything for you. You must begin somewhere for the government to come in and help or continue.

Although their situation appears quite deplorable compared to other schools in the country, perhaps the curent situation is in fact an improvement over their previous condition. "Rome was not built in a day" as the adage goes. My hope is that the government would place some priority on this particular school and improve it for the students and teachers.
