However, the rebuttal from Felix Kwakye Ofosu, the deputy minister for information and Media Relations have given credence to the Minority Leader statement. Simply because Felix figures do not add up. The respoonse shows the calibre of the minister. John if it is true that you are considering ministerial re-shuffle do leave Felix out. Is he suggesting there were no guidelines for the implementation of the scheme and the government was totally taken by surprise? This minister is too stupid to even understand he is saying or implying this is the most incompetent government by using that line of defense.
I am sure but during the budget review done during the year, new forecast will be made to show revised figures in the budget and we will not be taken aback by such a huge deficit. Someone correct me if I am wrong but most of the deficit took place in the last quarter so this jack ass of a minister should come again.
Why didnt the finance minister present these figures himself. Is it because he is afraid to make a fool of himself?

The announcement that Ghana intends to introduce prepaid meters for water is a Bad News.
It is time the ideal of success should be replaced with the ideal of service. Most Ghanaian duty bearers are SELFISH.

Why would government seek to make profits on essential commodity for life (WATER), why would government hide it face on other agencies and push for this horrifying and barbaric tactics to destroy Ghanaians.

Government should rethink of the implications of this act. Lack of portable drinking water account for many diseases such as Diarrhoea, Malnutrition, Intestinal nematode infections, Lymphatic filariasis,Trachoma, Schistosomiasis, Malaria and many More..

Is government prepared to investment money in treating these diseases… is government prepaid to loss man hours when there is epidemic….. is government prepared to loss Human resource in the event of fatality.

Government of Ghana should know this you do not lead by hitting people over the head -- that's assault, not leadership..

What government should do is to focus on improving efficiency, rehabilitate water systems and expand services to deprive areas. (GOD HELP GHANA).

Why do Ghanaians pay taxes?

Meanwhile the numbers don't support their case, yet they'll look into people's eyes and say: "Oh, everything is just fine and everybody will be okay soon". That's NDC's character.
