It amuses me to read some of the folly that goes on here. What is historic about a Ghanaian being the chairman of a Ghanaian political party?

If the name of the chairman is right then it stands to reason that Al Hassan may be related to the late Alhaji Yakubu Tali, who was the 1979 (PFP)now NPP running mate to the late Victor Owusu.

So if Al Hassan Yakubu is the chairman to the NPP branch in Germany, what is historic about that?

It would be historic if a German is elected chairman, but for a Ghanaian to be elected chairman, and per his name, it's enough to say he has deep roots in the party more than any other person I can think of.

The author of this article has in a very juvenile conjecture just exposed himself as a tribal bigot and must be treated with all the contempt he deserves.This is absolutely absurd if not outright puerile. Unless he wants to tell us that Northerners are NOT Ghanaians, thus do not qualify to be Chairmen of a Ghanaian political party abroad.

He has been a member of Npp Germany for almost ten years. He was the vice chairman for the past four years. This being the situation Npp Germany thought wise to crown his contributions to the party by electing him as Chairman. That was a better decision than electing the NDC mole who was planted by NPP Hamburg. The electoral commission comprising Charles Gyima, Charles Ankoma and Kwaku Appiah have proved to be corrupt. They can´t still explain how Mr Akomea Brako became chairmanship candidate. The fact is that Akomea Brako was not a member of Npp HAmburg so how was he allowed to contest for Chairmanship. It is alleged that Mary Oduro paid money to Mr Charles Gyima to allow Mr Akomea Brako to contest the chairmanship. Furthermore the ec went against NPP Rule of apointing Financial Secretary for the party instead of electing Financial Secretary. After losing the Chairmanship race the EC was compelled to compensate Mary Oduro and Akomea Brako by giving him the financial secretary position. The Corrupt EC nearly marred the beauty of the elections because some nenbers couldn´t imagine why the EC must go against Npp rules by apointing a financial secretary against the pupolar candite of Npp suporters. The supporters were realy angry but they had to be calmed down. was the EC under duress to compensate mr Akomea Brako??
