In the fullness of time, everyone deserves what comes to them through justice and fairness. Bullying and stealing takes you nowhere!
Let him know that some people are so precious to God that He makes them untouchable, the moment you trespass you get into trouble. Hope he learns his lessons and stops that behaviour.
