Nana's words are weighty and philosophical. His words permeate and sometimes go beyond the understanding of simple minds. Just consider this; "Dumor's Death Has Made The World Poorer" To a deep thinking person, it takes commitment of time, money, encouragement and unflinching support to make an icon. This icon becomes inspirational to the millions of the disadvantaged trooping around the globe. Then the world moves on with hopeful people, most of whom would be Black Africans in particular. For someone like Dumor to exit at this time, when more light was to be drawn from him in the very near future, then it will take centuries to make his like. By then what would have been the state of the teaming hopeless youth of today? Dumor was another version of Luther King Jnr, Malcolm X, Dubois, Marcus Garvey and Bob Marley who energized the ordinary human being. We will in deed be poorer for years to come. Long live Nana Addo, long live NPP,long live Africa, RIP Dumor. Sella

Just yesterday we heard a bad news that transmitted chill in our spine, namely the sudden departure of our brother, hero, mentor Komla Dumor. He was indeed a pride to Africans and people of black origin, lets admit we all felt proud whenever we saw him of the screen. Some of us boasted with him that Komla was our country man. News coming through suggests he was selected to be the face of the BBC during at the 2014 World Cup. For an african man surrounded by many enemies, envy, backstabbing from within, not to talk of those back home , was a great feat. Inspite of all the success, fame, prestige and credentials our brother was not guaranteed tomorrow, may his rest in peace, our prayers are with his children, wife and his extended family and friends. However i want to highlight to you dear reader that you are not guaranteed tomorrow. Komla certainly had aspirations and things he had imagined in the pipeline. What i want to say is that tomorrow may not come so leave your life to the fullest in God.
Hebrews 9:27
"And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment": Komla has one his bit, he s now gone. After a person leaves this earth judgement awaits before his maker. Hence we need to make sure we know where we are going after this life,
For you to be guaranteed tomorrow and to live in eternity in a place called heaven, you have to receive Gods plan of salvation through His Son Jesus Christ who came to pay the penalty of our sins. When you confess him as your Lord and saviour, God grants you a place in His heavenly Kingdom for eternity.

Komla Dumor's death is so shocking that I sometimes don't want to believe esp. when it first flashed on my PC screen. I blinked and shut my PC and began to tremble. It's difficult to explain; I was afraid to call anyone I know in Ghana or London. It's a bad feeling; I can't express how I felt, even up to this moment, as I write. This loss is unacceptable and I still wonder what really must have gone wrong. Now I know it's real; he's left us. I can't hear you anymore on BBC anymore. But this loss is unacceptable! Komla has left a vacuum that will be difficult to fill. My heart, prayer and condolence go his wife, and little ones, his dad and siblings. RIP Komla, may God be with you.
