According to the journalist or writer of this article the suspect used "offensive weapon." My question is what's the difference between a "deadly weapon" and an offensive weapon. I thought anything one uses to kill another human being becomes a deadly weapon by default. So even if you use a pen, chamberpot, car it's still a deadly weapon.

The Daily Guide should know that to fatally wound a person is to kill. It is wrong English to say fatally wounded two children when in reality one child actually was killed by this monster.
