  I knew Mahama has a poor communication strategy behind him. In fact, the way he presents certain cases bring him down. The information ministry and prez communication team is hugely weak. If it comes to a time govt ministers use facebook to discuss national issues, then you know govt comm skills is weak and poor. Where is social media use policy for govt functions? Have they got Crisis Communication strategy, where certain people appointed to speak on issues? Why should even Gen Mosquitoe speak for govt? His duty is to organise and win elections, after that he has no mandate to speak for govt. Anybody can be interviewed by those quack journalist and get information, where is the channel upon which information flow from govt to people, who is briefed to say what and that?
  
  I hope this appointment remedies some of these situations.

  Why does he have to keep them there, instead of replacing them with a competent team?

  I hope Malor will give John Mahama a big kolanut to put in his mouth to keep him quite and make him act like a president. Presidents dont answer stupid questions but John Mahama with his big mouth can wait to open it which tom dicks makes stupid comments about him.
  The president should have one mouth piece not the arse linkers who hangs around him and twist every single word he says.
  Personal advices are completely different from presidential advicers.
  Its a shame for any president to justify his appointment of his workers.

He needs resources which includes staff. Lets give the free hand to determine this. He has been modest in employing people at the Presidency.
