I think part of Michael's problem has been emotional and psychological - the long term injuries; the problems with his family and personal relationships and the inability to secure a place in the Chelsea first team - must have had a heavy toll on him. But now with the feeling that another top Euro side is keen for his services and coupled with the fact that he will not only be playing with his closest ally but living with him as well will work wonders for him. I wish him the best of luck and may the Good Lord protect him and his friend from injuries.

Kissi, Afful and Asante don't play in Europe but are called into the team so Agblexo also deserve to be called. The coach is making us believe he selects the best players within and outside of Ghana. To prove the coach wrong you have to present a compelling case, a better player than Agblexo. I am not convinced a 27 year old playing in Malaysia 2nd division is one of the best players Ghana has. I am not saying tribalism doesn't exist. I am saying such is not the case here.
