  Did the Minister of energy and petroleum understand the statement complete on schedule?Atuabo Gas plant completing on schedule is over due asfar as the completion of Atuabo Gas plant has been postpone several times on its original date of completing and the new date cannot be regard as complete on schedule and there should not any excuse from Mahama administration because he borrowed GHc51.4billion (US$26billion)and told Ghanaians that Government is broke so where did this US$26billion go? and the plant could not complete on schedule.
