  So the TDC has its mandate from the colonial Government, what has the Government done about this mandate post independence. A can of worms indeed!

  Asiwome, but most of our institutions have been in existence before independence and have drawn their mandate from the colonial law. This rather should tell you that even before independence TDC owned Tema lands.

  TDC KNOWS THE TRUTH THAT THE IDEAS WHY NKRUMAH BUILT TEMA IS NOT LIKE HOW IT LOOKS NOW. TEMA LOOKS LIKE ZONGO NO LEADER CAN BUILD EXACTLY WHAT NKRUMAH WANTED TO DO PERIOD
