At the end of the day, the defense and goalie were great but the strikers were laughable. We did not deserve the cup. Bancey, Sulley and the Yahaya were an absolute joke. Yahaya simply falls all the time. One thing I will say is that it is very clear that when it comes to the attacking positions for the Black Stars we need people who have significant European experience or have been raised abroad. For all the critics of a guy like Albert Adomah, I would argue that he would have done better than any of the wingers in this game.

However, we can only produce strikers/attackers if the player has been abroad for a significant amount of time or raised abroad. Fact: Our best strikers do not play for Ghana. Their names are 1) Ballotelli and 2) Welbeck. For the future, the real senior team needs to focus on recruiting the "foreign Ghanaians" for attacking positions.

Once the project seem to fail within reasonable time; the desperate option is introduced by throwing a striker upfront to pounce on loose balls among defence line of opponents, struggles and try to push the ball into penalty area; then drops body dramatically to solicit for penalty. What a crude method of winning a match.? What kind of football style do you call this.? Very Shameful.

Ghanaians seem not notice the destructions of the beautiful football Ghana was known for; as long as the crude method brings results even if not deserved. To me Yaya Mohammed could be a second striker but not a top striker. How come a striker who is suppose to maintain his composure looking for an empty space to strike fouling opponents rather to bring negative.When will he get an advantage to score?The players also spoil the game for themselves. How come they can not cope with them in air balls but rather played to their advantage? So the technical bench did not see anything wrong with that? Why not play the ball on the turf? None of these players qualify to be in the national team.

My brother, I hear your point. Sellas Tetteh plans his game from the scratch. He always has a versatile game plan and chooses players that can execute the game plan. Most times he makes great efforts to change tides during a losing game. Tetteh's team is made of gunfighters with the never say die mind who will never stop shooting at the opponents goal keeper until the final whistle. Frightening to watch but never boring. Sellas Tetteh went against the best youth U20 of the world. He beat Portugal, Chile and the USA. He deserves a place in the Brazil-bound technical team. Konadu and Appiah are good but must invite Sellas Tetteh to join them. Together with Ben Kuoffie they must build a balanced team for the showdown in Brazil. Practice , practice , practice the game plans over and over before the tournament.
