  .Kwesi Pratt you think you are the only one who has the right to criticise when you want to and praise when you want. What is hapenning in Ghana now is clearly a concern, even some of the NDC functionaries are admitting that there are problems. Is it not true that Ghanaians have fasted and prayed and yet things are worsening, so does it not make sense to question those handling the affairs of Ghana as the Bishop did? Did Jesus not tell some of the people he healed to go and sin no more otherwise something worse will happen to them? So if you fast and pray for the nation and those handling the affairs of the nation keep stealing and keep doing things wrongly and we don't talk about it how can the prayer and fasting work. What is so wrong with what the man of God has said, you are rather enjaging in useless confrontation with the man of God because you think it is only you who reserve the right to comment when things are not going well, he is also a Ghanaian and has that right.

  His rantings today seem to confirm those allegations and his efforts to once again be at the receiving end of the present corruptions going on within the John Mahama government.
  
  How could a Kwesi Pratt suddenly become so blind to see what is going on around him?

We know your tactics well anytime an Akan stands up or a righteous methodist priest cries foul you set about destroying their reputations or pinning all kinds of lies so they are practically lynched in broad day light. the govt acts like its a copy from north korea led by mad men with hearts of stone . waa look at your ministers mike hammah / hannah tetteh for example selling out our future in the our own ports that they did not build and latter on saddling us with 200,000 chinese galamsay , these are your ministers of transport , lands , industry and foreign affairs , we are doomed for if just these 2 toxic individuals can do this imagine what the rest are doing . ndc has selected the worst characters backed by the hegemony of the ayigbe and the tribalism from the north . these worthless people who cant even put together music or a song that we can enjoy because their hearts are consumed with evil hatred for the light of the Akan. God did not even give them better music which is free why should we give them anything?these dregs of the toilet refuse to see the evil the ndc are securing for their own people . instead of creating sustainable industries such as food processing and organizing cash crops just as the cocoa was done , cotton processing all the way to fashion designing and branding which would give their people millions of jobs the rather award bogus senseless contracts and phantom projects for outrageous kickbacks. at any moment there are over 500 factories, processing plants and institutions that can be set up in the volta and and 3 northern regions but that would mean over 10,000 in Akan areas due to the higher potential there so because of skinpain they chose to do nothing . they say our women are ugly apes but they cant help dreaming about their beauty as when you look at their women one sees their beady rats eye look, cruelty and thieving desires . yes we are not the same and do not have values that are in anyway compatible as we live in different dimensions . when the ec calls for the referendum i hope the question is put so we ask our people do we really want to stay together or to each his own . personally i do not believe they will ever change rather things can only get worse and end up in a war . long live the republic of Akan

  You call this populism, so what will you call someone praying to revive the cedi. You a a gimmick. We cannot criticize an incompetent administration who is throwing the country to dogs. The cedi is depreciating like no one cares, and the government has no clue so sits in a church where prayer is being offered to prop the cedi. What happened to sensible economic policies. Borrowing from China and having nothing to show for that, payment of dubious judgement debts, dubious circumstances surrounding the sale of merchant bank etc. These corrupt practices need addressing instead of the nonsensical prayers to appease failing politicians. Honestly I have already lost any interest in this government. They are made up of 'babes' who has constipation of ideas and no clue as to salvaging the ailing economy. I really feel sorry for the country with this dumb administration. God does not just intervene when people have no sense of patriotism and are determined to loot the country.

We are all witnesses to countless fuel and utility price increases, SADA, GYEEDA, Merchant Bank and other lootings of state resources and what has Pratt said so far? What has changed him now? Only God and himself can answer this but thank God not all Ghanaians can be fooled all the time.

  Since when did Kwesi Pratt become so concerned about the state of the Christian church? Is he Kwesi Pratt a church goer? Who is Kwesi Pratt in the scheme of things in this country that he considers himself an authority of who should and who should not criticize govt or anybody? The impudence of it all. Much as we would all rather like to have a situation where religious people desist from getting involved in or making political comments, it gets to a point where I can begin to understand their concerns about the state of the nation. After all they are also Ghanaians. They have non-cleric wives, children, friends, relations and so on who either depend on them or express political views to them on a daily basis. Does Pratt want them to pretend to be deaf, dumb, insensitive and blind to their plight as he Kwesi Pratt is doing?
  
  Myself Im not very religious but I must admit that the only sensible pronouncements on the poor state of governance in this country is coming not from economists, not from politicians, not from journalists, not from govt but ironically from the Clergy. This is because out of corruption, opportunism and ineptitude, our elected politicians and media practitioners have all in concert and by dereliction of duty, relegated themselves into the abysmal and shameful ranks of utter public disrespect and scorn.
  
  They, including one of the most prominent opportunists ever in this country, Kwesi Pratt, have lost all public credibility and the moral authority to speak to the public.
  
  Worse of all his brand of insidious nation-wrecking opportunism is dependent on the current unprecedented levels of corruption that this country has ever seen. And he has the audacity to point his fingers at others. How dare he?
  
  If Kwesi Pratt thinks he is clean, he should boldly come out to tell the public how and where he acquired his cars and his office building from where he operates his newspaper that barely sells 200 copies a week.
  
  It is people like Kwesi Pratt who give socialists a bad name and discourage others from even considering it as the last remaining option for development. Such a man who shouts and screams at the top of his voice at American imperialism and the very next moment he surreptitiously sneaks under cover of night into the American Embassy to hob-nob withe American Ambassador and sell his own country-men to foreigners. What a shameful character.

Does he really understand the bible? It looks as if he has the authority over God to dictate as to when and how God should do things. If this is not the usual dirty Ashanti tribal politics, what else is it? And he calls himself a bishop. No wonder, the devil is not afraid of tittles. Bosomtwe is a failure a liar and a complete disgrace to human beings. If they think this is what is going to give them -NPP power in 2016, then they are seriously mistaken. Let us appeal to the president to act". And Kwasi Pratt is proclaiming: "Oh, the Christians are saying there is no whoo in prayers!" Your name and your pronouncements are synonymous, Mr Pratt.
  The Bishop has the responsibility to seek justice for his congregations. He has the platform to say what his members yearn to say.
  Religion is not devoid of politics, in the same way that politics cannot be devoid of religion. They both affect and encompass the lives of the masses. The leader of one cannot shy away from the controversies of the other.
  The Bishop is right to bring the concerns of his people to the ruling class. But because of the ineptitude of the ruling class, anyone who raises any issue with the government is a card holder of the opposition. But when others like Duncan Williams sing the praises of government, they are acclaimed as the only true men of God. And you, Pratt, are always the loudest to join the chorus.
  Come out and declare which party you belong to. Do not try to hide behind that empty shell of neutrality of your so called profession. You have always been a biased commentator.

The church is already losing it's tithe and offering so heck, our clergy with conviction, and believe and know what kingdom business is about would speak, till a team that would lift the masses out of the despondency, despair and hopelessness is voted into power, so the work of God would not fail, so the work of God would not die, so the work of God would not end abruptly.   I think the Methodist Church should suspend this bishop if we the Methodists worship a God of possibilities. I am really disappointed to hear one of our own speak of our God like this. God should forgive us and bless Ghana.
