Doctors have not been paid for months,some schools and hospitals are closing down because of lack of funds, yet instead of downsizing his govt to save funds to pay the statutory bills, John Mahama(first president of Maaame/Daaavi Ghana with 23 children from 13 women)keeps appointing brainless idiots into govt to live on our taxes.

There is a first time for everything as long as you are willing to learn and deemed capable. We are not talking about her being trust into a position of say a judge or an accountant or a doctor. Ask the guys working there how many of them had real life experiences in their field before they started. Anita might be shitty but, with the mouth and slickness of hers, she might help get somethings done in ways the men might not be able to do.

Mr. President Mahama, National Disaster Management is not a function to be toyed with at all, let alone to putting the lives of disaster victims and the responsibility of managing a disaster and emergencies into the hands of the inexperienced people is sad and irresponsible on your part.
Everyone knows that when an unexpected disaster hits, peoples lives situation automatically changes for the worse and calls for prompt and effective action to be taken by people with the experience and hands on deck on the situation.
President Mahama, if your National Women's Organizer by her own admission did confirm that she has no disaster management experience, nor ever worked in a disaster and emergencies management, and that her only qualification and attribute is that she's geared up to learn on the job. That her mindset and determination even though laudable, they don't cut it because It is peoples lives we are talking about here, Mr. President. Nobody in his or her right mind would expect you to add insult to the agony disaster victims are forced to face, nor does anyone expect you to make worse their pain and suffering.
So, under the circumstance, why do you appoint Ms. Anita-De-Sooso as Deputy Coordinator for the National Disaster Management Organization, when you are already aware that she has no experience at all in management of Disaster and Emergencies.
