  "What do they know about security matters"? They know enough to realize that you are incompetent and a jackass, and that they deserve someone more concerned about their safety and their lives.

  Please commander better perform your duties excellently than thinking that the police force can continue moving you around. When the police force is fed up with your non-performing then they will make you redundant or simply get rid of you. Remember that you are there to keep them safe from those attacks. If you need help from the local people that can help your work then tell them to help! Don't feel bad about that because police work involves the community.

  Mr Tetteh, You are failed officer and arroggant, above all you are ignorant yourself. If you know the community does not understand police work, your number one job is to go to the assembly and explain them what policing is about. You could also elisit their support if you do not have enough man power. After all you could use community policing unpaid trained community members to augument your forces.

Get him a war thorn area like yendi, bunkurugu, bawku etc where all he hears in his ears are serious gun shots everyday, SHEGE POLICEMAN

  I think they should rather assist the police boss by suggesting forming sort vigilante groups to augment the police activities such patrols and manning of checkpoints instead of leaving all the security issues in the hands of the inadequately armed local police service men and women.
  Community Self help is vital in community's development.
