2)The EX- Flagbearer SHOULD render ACCOUNT of his stewardship
3)The Property of the Party USED during the just-ended CAMPAIGN should be taken over by the Party again

The party is not your personal business so if someone gives you money to campaign as a presidential candidate for the pnc,not independent candidate,you should at the very least account for it.it is good practice for income/funds received to be banked intact and expenditure paid separately. Ayariga,you are a thief.

During my last visit to Ghana I drove by his house and saw those vehicles. He has now erected a sign on a junction 'Ayariga Down' on the West Land - Hatsoo road naming a street after himself. Who gave him the right?
