  Talkatives and not Thinkers,what do you expect? I cannot tell when the 'crazy' idea of having "serial callers",made up largely of the respective political parties,'invade' our airwaves with call of support or criticisms,for or against initiatives/actions,which often require further analysis beyond the skewed presentations made on various media platforms; all for the express purpose of unduly influencing public
  opinion,on an issue. Akin to having and maintaining a bunch of "attack dogs" on our airwaves,certain interest groups[mainly political parties]as well as powerful individual
  have used this particular strategy to villify and destroy the carefully nurtured reputation of people they do not like and want to see removed from positions of authority.
  Depending on the political leaning of aparticular media platform,you can can detect that only those "serial callers" aligned to thes networks are entertained. What a sham of democracy we practise in this country!

  Is this not a sign of incompetence or mediocrity on the entire Ghana Police?
  Is there not a special investigative unit within the police force that is tasked with internal review and investigation should there ever be a civilian complaint lodged against the member of the police personnel? And if per chance there is such a unit in the police force with bought and sold members then what good is the new chief of police if he cannot reassign or reconstitute units in the police forces to bring about effectiveness and efficiencies?
  Allowing his friends within the print media to do his dirty work for him only goes to show that irrespective of the advanced degrees in criminal justice and or police administration some in the top level management at the police administration hold they are as useless as those without classroom earned degrees.

  Any body who knows the IGP personally will agree that he is the best Ghana has ever had. Very hard working, honest, generous, friendly, experienced and above all approachable. The IGP is Mahama's best appointment
