We Need strong decision makers with Backbone in Ghana now. Toses choking the source our water supplies are the fisrt to complain when there is shortage of water. It is these intransigents, migrants from other parts of Ghana who become so complacent about the essentials of civilized life, who do not recognize that we must protect not only our environment, but be ruthlessly punished for breaking by-laws and zoning laws of any region. If you ignorantly put up a million dollar structure illegally, it must be demolished with no compensation. If you use small hungry looking children as human shield to squat on somebody's property, the security and social services personnel must immediately enforce the law.

If you do not agree with such rules of law, please simply move into the jungle or unprotected open forests. Why do you have to come to Accra and make a conceited effort to sabotage everything humanly possible for us to also live like civilized humans!

There is so much land in Ghana, vast patches of land waiting to be developed far away from Accra, in Northern Ghana, Ashanti Region East and West, yet everybody wants to converge on Accra, where matter of fact there aren't any jobs for the crop of citizens we breed. Children making babies like rabbits with no direction and allowing them to care for themselves from whence they are toddlers without any responsible father around. When they fully mature into teens, they are placed on these tro-tros and sent to Accra as parasites. Is this any way to advance a nation of homo sapiens?

Stop the ignorant sympathy game and set high standards for law and order. Punish irresponsible citizens who make babies just for the sake of making babies. Control our population if you cannot industrialize. Sending millions of our youth out there to carry insignificant goods to hawk in the middle of highways and by-ways is not job creation. It is a lazy generation breeding camp. How can we have refugee camps around the capital for people who claim to be citizens of this nation? DEMOLISH! DEMOLISH!! DEMOLISH!!!

Every aspect of Ghanaian life is seriously mismanaged and unplanned. The economy, health of the citizens, education, housing, and the country's natural resources especially land acquisition in the country (the source decades of litigations).
Every potential property owner in Ghana especially residents in the capital cities know how difficult and litigious it can be to rightfully acquire a parcel of land in Ghana and Accra in particular. Ask JJ Rawlings and Arnold Quainoo and they will tell you their experiences with land litigation and Landguards.
There are not serious land management and acquisition procedures, no ACCOUNTABILITY SYSTEMS established to make the process seamless, yet everyone in Ghana knows the seriousness of this issue - people are killed daily in Ghana regarding land related issues and now houses are being demolished at the whim of "authorities" who supervised and sold the land plots.

Castigating her for her english, should not take away from the important topics she is raising.
