What happened to the fundamental human rights of these people? Has Ghana not signed up to observe the Human Rights Act?
Terrible state of affairs! Have a friend who is mentally challenged and is a severe burden Family cant control him, and we have nowhere to turn to. Severe drain on the family as gvt agencies not helping
