Can the government or parliament as well as public universities authorities come clearly to explain who has power or responsibility over what in public university creation and management in order to prevent any misunderstanding that may be costly to remedy in future?

This is going to be a problem for the country if this issue is not resolved carefully.

A village on the Accra Kumasi Highway may decide to renovate the pot hole ridden Highway and place a toll both to make money for the village, come on Ghana; this will lead to lawlessness.

You can only charge for the use of your drive-way to your house only, not the main motor street/road. Then again you've got to pay income tax on the money realized.

And now he has the impudence to add gasoline to fire in UG toll saga! Are we waiting for students to be knocked down by cars before waking up? Maintain the tradition. Keep Legon off limit to cars which have no business on campus.

If my child was at the school, and he/she was to be hurt in anyway because a University allowed it's campus to be used as a thoroughfare, I will take them to the cleaners. There is too much indiscipline in Ghana, especially these taxi drivers driving as if they have no brains.
