I think he should be charged for creating public nuisance and public panic. Probably, he has too much to eat just before he goes to be so he is been having bad dreams or been hallucinating in the night and he claims he has had vision from God.

He could also be sanctioned under Mental Health Act (if there is one in Ghana) and sent to a mental institution. I think the same should happen to that arrogant Duncan Williams. I am fed up with their nonsense.
