  How can this weed be a narcotic? Because many years ago the British invaders called it that. The fishermans arrest is for definitions created for narcotics when the British ivaders established their law over the Ga, Fanti, Ewe Ashanti, the Komkomba and others, as just and now Ghana must define narcotic. Dump the invaders laws.
