Mahama can not bring about any meaningful change with these half baked ministers, most of whom are just trying to keep a job instead of bringing about positive administrative and social changes...

I am sorry to say that if this is how John Mahama is going to run the country for the next four years, then he should spare us prospects of a second term...

A country of 24 million should not have 650,000 government workers with about 700 alone working at the office of the Presidency. How can we have 47 Gardeners working at the Flagstaff house and still have debris strewn on the forecourt of that building? What do these gardeners do all day? I bet these so called Gardeners wear white shirts and ties to work everyday and sit around chit chatting.

We need about 250 workers at the Presidency and only 300,000 government workers. No wonder our so called developmental partners have refused to give us any more "LALASULALA".

He promised them enough resources or adequate Financial supports . Now after signing the MOU, the financial supports were not provided for them to work, and after you breaching the contract , you threaten to sack them. The Ministers are now daring you to sack them if you have the balls. Who has breach the side of the contract ? So ladies and gentlemen, that's the reasons why the changes are not forth coming. What a tone of hatred coming from you these selfish Ghanaians who had been there before but never made any realistic changes when change is a thing to talk about?

When you are talking of the minsters considered inexperienced, come out and prove who they are and what they did that made them inexperienced. Is your concern about age or education? If they are educated but young is not a big problem.

The major problem that we could use to disqualify them is if they have corrupted minds to indulge in any process that could undermine the progress of the nation.

Apart from that, with their education, it is quite enough that they can withstand any situation in relation to intelligence as long as enemies never try to undermine them of their national responsibilities at work.

You need to encourage them with the responsibilities given them, instead of the hatred and African village mentalities that you are exerting on them physically, psychologically, spiritually and all ways just to get them discouraged of their positions.

We'll like to bring PEACE FM'S attention to the situation that is going on in their sister Radio station at GhanaToday HOLLAND. It has been cleared to the listeners of Ghana Today radio , how the presenter Kofi nyarko was rude to the sympathizers of the ruling NDC Gov, on his "wosukabi" program. Kofi nyarko did not end his rudeness, but Kofi organized members from his npp party, especially those who were akan's, they were carefully selected to come on air to dehumanized the rest of the tribes here in Ghana on his radio show. We the listeners here in Ghana can confirm to the PEACE FM management that the home grown npp terrorist who is now residing in Holland kofi nyarko, has done the same thing he was used to on Monday the 10th of February, when one of his regular caller named Joe Canada ,the sympathizer of the ruling NDC Gov. We heard this gentleman who called the program to refute to the comments one of the caller who is also a sympathizer of the opposition party the npp. The npp man called the program and run insults and accused the people from the Volta Region for the hardships the country is currently facing, he said according to him, he didn't understand why the Ewe's should elect somebody like Samuel Okudjeto Ablakwa as their MP , he asked? He went on by saying the Ewe's gives their Votes to anything in front of them, even animals. This uncalled-for words goes down well for the host Kofi nyarko which he congratulated the frustrated npp caller. When the sympathizer to the ruling NDC Gov, Joe Canada, also call the program to refute the unfortunate comments from the npp caller, kofi nyarko who can't hide his affection support for the opposition p npp party ,quickly jumped to defend the npp caller. Kofi nyarko gave his strong warning to the NDC caller not to dare call his radio programs to contribute again, he went on to said , he won't even pick up his call anytime he sees he Joe Canada's number on his phone. These ugly situations compelled some of us to send a strong warning to PEACE FM management, to urgently arrest this situation before its get out of hands. We believed kofi nyarko is trying hard to sow a tribal seeds between us here in GHANA and abroad. The management of PEACE FM must know that kofi nyarko who was placed on npp pay roll to tarnish the ruling NDC Gov, and his division tactics by playing a tribal cards is dangerous to our society and our young democracy here in GHANA We are looking forward to see the management of PEACE FM to call un-erected host kofi nyarko to immediate order before we hit the street of Accra

Are the ministers he's asking to be reshuffled, are they not a creation and a reflection of his own performance and his competence and a true state of the NDC as a party founded by Rawling's ability to govern?
The crux of the matter and the very truth of it is that, the NDC party has not got the ability to govern. They lack the capacity to deliver. The have not exhibited the skills set, knowledge, vision, mental sharpness and focus to administer the affairs of the country above board and in manner to positively impact the lives of the masses.
This perception that there is a list or whatever is neither here nor there, because irrespective of whether the ministers are reshuffled or not, the value is the same and cannot change. Ghana has the evidence of history to guide it, and present circumstances, to actually settle the issue and matter about the manifest ability of the NDC party to govern. What experience and integrity is being referred to here?
The case cannot be made any stronger enough that, the NDC gov't currently led by John Mahama, have never had the knack for good, effective governance and leadership backed by competence, knowledge, vision, track record, experience, historical evidence, and the wisdom and intelligence to move corporate Ghana in a positive direction which impacts positively on the lives of the masses and Ghana needs to be clear in it's mind where it needs to be and select the right team to move the country forward in that trajectory.
The NDC gov't has failed to deliver and this has been stated by all Ghanaians including their own; Tony Aidoo and presently their founder. There's absolutely no confidence in the capacity of the NDC party and gov't to perform. What Ghanaians know, is their ability to create, loot and share at the expense of the socio-economic development of the country with reckless abandon and impunity, and increasing their girth, whilst the masses suffer needlessly. The issues of our unemployment, health, education, agriculture, energy, the economy and our finances etc, etc, in the midst of our multitude of resources with the recent being oil and gas, in this present world economy, requires capable, experienced, knowledgeable, visionary, intelligent, focused and can do it managers or administrators, and not a reckless bunch of thieving and looting family and friends NDC gov't, and the NDC gov't needs to be held accountable by massively voting them out of office in 2016.
The propaganda and outright lies and the lack of the tunnel vision by the NDC gov't led by John Mahama and Amissah Arthur to bring about the positive improvements in the lives of the masses, requires a paradigm shift in 2016 at the ballot box. The mind set of a Ghanaian politician needs change!We can no longer elect a person whose mortivation in politics is to amass wealth in the expense of the country. Gone were the days when when politicians were bold to say "it's their star that has emerged" How can a small nation like Ghana have so many ministers that rivals countries like Canada and the United States? How can maintenance of the presidential house cost Ghana that heafty amount when a labourer gets less than 5 hundred Cedis a month? and what are all those officials included in the maintenance payroll do? Rawlings could have been a great figure to have led the course to stem out such indecency and pure robbery of the nation, but can he (Rawlings) sincerely do that? He is tainted and corrupt as everyone else, and for that wise whatever he says is just a desperate noise which carries no substance. If any Ghanaian will ever take him serious, He (Rawlings must come clean of how he aquire his own wealth.
Rawlings' name tend to surface anytime the government goofes becauses he is a major player of that party and when they reward themselves he gets rewarded as well. In reality he even ask for more! Whether or not he really needs what he ask for is yet to be known by fellow Ghanaians. A country like Ghana needs a few good leaders with love of the nation and its people to make effective change to proppel it to a positive development of a life time. Until such personalities take the helm to control our "ship" the goofes will continue keep us on mery go round.

Last year was a particularly challenging one with the unprecedented electoral dispute, the consequent withholding of investment by investors local and foreign alike while awaiting the outcome of the court case, strikes, fires and the adverse impact on the economy etc

Despite all this, we completed the Bui dam which has increased our capacity to generate electricity. There are various other projects being undertaken to boost our economic infrastructure. These include the Jubilee gas pipeline and gas project, expansion of Takoradi harbour, rehabilitation of our railways, and construction of roads, schools and hospitals. Let us support our gov't on these for our socio-economic development.

Well, let's not forget that John Mahama is the President, thus the constitution mandates him as head of the Executive branch to select his own cabinet members. Rawlings mismanage the economy to the extend that by the time he left office he sold the Prefabricated Concrete Factory, Food Distribution Corporation and sanitation was nothing to talk home about. As for the social welfare schemes he abrogated, which means that he abrogated the contract he signed with the Ghanaian with a gun pointed at his forehead.
