  Thank you madam I almost lost my life two years ago on a motor bike. And it was because of these illegal speed humps. I hit the hump and somersaulted landed on my head and the bike landed on my leg and broke it. My life was safe from the helmet I had on. I told the people if I was not returning to US, I would have taking the chief and his elders to court.
  This happened under Wa West district on May 15th 2010. All the DCs in Upper West Region should join the call by a concerned citizen and a decent mother who had seem many people lost their life because of this stupid act. The damn animals are not better human beings.
  If they refused to heed your official order, arrest the chief and the elders and let them stay in jail for three days and that will teach them a lesson.
