  HOW COULD NURSES WHO HAD NOPT BEEN PAID SALARIES FOR 9 MONTHS AND MORE, SURVIVE IN THIS ECONOMY ?
  
  BECAUSE OF CORRUPTION, GHANAIANS CAN LIVE BEYOND OUR MEANS.
  
  UNTIL WE REMOVE THIS CANKER/"CANCER",
  NOTHING WE DO CAN SAVE US ..... NOT EVEN DUNCAN WILLIAMS !!!

  Sorry but that is the Ghanaian mentality instead of Renovating and Maintaing we decide to build new ones.A Ghanaian will never paint or renovate his house until somebody dies.For the sake of stealing and looting every new Government stops Development Project etc of the former and starts new ones eg Accra_KumasiRoad or the Sofoline Interchange so also is the FWSC and the Price & Income Board.
