  It is just a shame to be a Black-man. Why the Black-man thinks his enemy has all of a sudden become his friend or development partner is just mind bugling. Why the modern Black-man thinks a White-man will introduce a policy to the betterment of a black-man just baffles me. Will the black-man ever learn from his mistakes?
  
  Black-people are too open and easily captivated. In the 15th Century, the White-men emerged as friends and a Merchants. Surprisingly, we have become their slaves and after slavery, they have become our masters and owned our land. These people plan ahead with all kinds of tricks before they meet a black-man.
  
  Foolish Ghanaians, grow what you can eat! Get off your stupid obsession for foreign goods, partner with your West African neighbors and trade among yourselves before the European destroy your economy. Europeans have nothing beneficial for you. Take a few lessons from History, IDIOTS!!

  Reading your comment does give me some hope - that at least not all Afrians (Ghanaians especially), are that stupid (or maybe just brainwashed).
  
  To quote Esi Sutherland "We have been dealt with" properly by the Europeans before they left our shores - we still do not own our own minds, and therein lies the problem.
  
  We need to PROPERLY educate the children, so that they know their history and whom they have descended from, the adults are already a lost cause - anything Western is "better" for them.
  
  I think I will start posting pictures of Lynchings of black people in America (complete with smiling white people underneath the mangled bodies of the Africans), on the streets of Accra.
  
  This will be a wakeup all for Ghanaians, as the vast majority of them have absolutely no idea of the contempt that the white man has for them.

We are going to do another round of civil society orientation on the new terms before the council of ministers meeting. Regional Intergration is paramount . Lets discuss more .
