Does the Speaker really understand the full meaning of tweaaa in the akan language?

There are positive sides of tweaaa! !, so I am asking the Speaker which part of TWEAAAA has he banned?

Tweaa is our language and we cann't forgo it and practice the Obroni language.

The speaker has even demonstrated to us that Tweaaa can never be banned.
