  Customers should at least have basic and important information about a financial institution before making them their business partners, this will help reduce the rate at which customers are being defrauded day-in and day-out. Hoping this clients will get their monies back to safeguard them against the economic hardship in the country.

  These companies give loans to these same customers who refuse to pay back.If they pay the loans their money will be given to them.Note that when problems of this sort arise they inflate their moneys.this issue can be solved b ...

  These companies give loans to these same customers who refuse to pay back.If they pay the loans their money will be given to them.Note that when problems of this sort arise they inflate their moneys.this issue can be solved by both the micro-finance and their customers.together we can move ghana ahead.

  The customers are around but where are the personnel of the micro finance?They have closed the office and also switched off their phones.The depositors should not suffer because some people have defaulted in paying their loan ...

  Is there no state agency which will protect the interest of thousands of customers who are often swindled by these mushroom microfinance companies? Can't Bank of Ghana for instance appoint 2 officers each in each of the districs of Ghana to be checking if these companies are duly registered by both Bank of Ghana and The Registrar-General's Dept and are operating in tandem with existing statutory regulations?

  Are Micro Finance Companies banks? Bank of Ghana must clarify this. One day the central bank may find himself in the dock.
