It is the irate Zongo youth who attacked the staff of the hospital that need to be educated that they stand to lose if they go violent instead of using common sense to solve issues. Could they not have even protested to the hospital administrator?

This fucking doctors should have rescind on the same day the strike started. I am still wondering why government bring such uneducated doctors to work. Have they not read sociology, psychology and so on? Or since they are in Ashanti thing have to be done any how? Come on. Something have to be done to put stop to such behavior. If they are in lawless region, that do not mean they should behave like them. But rather has to think before doing or taking actions. Even though we all know Ashanti Region is a flip-flap region, but we need to teach how to act with good sense of humane. From now on words, I will be very grateful if patriotic Ghanaians will come together to volunteer in assisting people of Ashanti region to think wisely. Or else what is going on there may be come like virus to all Ghanaians.

Bin, if someone reads sociology and psychology, that person should go to work to be attacked by those thugs and then come to work the next day? Nobody wants Doctors and nurses to go on strike. They themselves don't want to go on strike but it will be foolish for them to return to work without the appropriate security. When they went on strike, who suffered in the end? Only Ashantis? The 45 year old who died(may his soul rest in peace) was not an Ashanti.

either the government is not paying this doctors well and that is why they are misbehaving or these doctors have no ethical education. I think the strike is uncalled for.
