  Ghana is comparatively the richest country in the sub region but 'poorest' in all aspects due to poor management at top. The politicians are thieves and pastors are con artists hence women have no means but to enter into prostitution for their livilihood.
  The Central Bank is driving away capital by instituting stupid regulations. The mighty dollar is controling the world now hence do not tamper the stock piling in the bank until economic measures start working for or against it.
  New York Stock Exchange is powerful because it works freely from govt. interferance. Leave the banks alone for people to their deposit in any forex.
  Legislate laws that prohibit landlords and landladies harbouring criminals by confisticating their houses into the state and see how crime will reduce.
  Give rewards to informats.
