WHAT ABOUT SOMEONE WHO WILL NOT LIVE IN THAT REGION? WILL HE/SHE BE FORCED TO REMAIN THERE? IF NOT WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF THE FARM FOR THE ABSENTEE FARMERS? THE PLAN IS NOT FEASIBLE.IF YOU HAVE ANIMALS,POULTRY,FISH PONDS ETC HOW DO YOU SHARE THEM?
