  She has been at the helm for a long long time now that she realized Ghana need human resources? her idea is a sham. We now need somebody fresh. Is time for her to go on retirement. Her idea of human resources is already known my even street boys and children, is not new to Ghanaians. That really reflect as someone who is running out of ideas and innovative mind. She has been at the top since PNDC time and she is talking about this? God for bid. She should have come with a very modern initiative not this. That tell me how expired she is.

  "The human factor refers to:
  The spectrum of personality characteristics and other dimensions of human performance that enable social, economic and political institutions to function and remain functional over time. Such dimensions sustain the workings and application of the rule of law, political harmony, a disciplined labour force, just legal systems, respect for human dignity and the sanctity of life, social welfare, and so on. As is often the case, no social, economic or political institutions can function effectively without being upheld by a network of committed persons who stand firmly by them. Such persons must strongly believe in and continually affirm the ideals of society" (Adjibolosoo, 1993, p. 142).
  
  Ghana, and for that matter Africa, has plenty of human resource or human capital. What is acutely lacking in Ghana and in Africa, is the POSITIVE Human Factor as defined by our own son and brother Dr. Adjibolosoo. Please, read his article in The African Business Review: Pursuing sustained socioeconomic change in Africa: The Human Factor Way", and his other publications, to gain an understanding of why Africa is virtually grounded since independence, while other continents have taken off or are taking off.

All they walk around with is Bsc, Msc, PhD etc. They do not help this country in anyway. Even foreign companies construct our roads. Meanwhile engineers graduate every year from this institution. What a pity!

We know how to insult others but we don't know how to provide for our fundamental basic needs. We claim to be clever and educated. HOW PATHETIC!!!!!!   We don't take Science and Technology serious at all.What we only care about is money and big time,many educated people in Ghana even don't know the surface of their own bed rooms let alone the composition of the air that they breath.I am saying this because we have sunshine everywhere in the country yet we sleep in darkness "dumsur" instead of applying solar technology.We have mant rivers everywhere yet we are always thirsty.I blame our universities who are producing only chew and pour graduates.Thankyou.

  In the absence of any real economists in the decision-making process in the NDC, all cadres and vigilantes have converted themselves to economists to fill the void. Problem is, no one seems to take any steps to solve the problems we all know already. How do we increase (or start) production? How do we use our knowledge when no knowledge is being impacted on our school children. Impacting knowledge stopped with the introduction of the JSS/SSS system. And I hope those she was talking to even understood her.
