  I think even 15 years is not enough for any such partner. Perhaps 25 years without parole will do. women must also learn sense and not allow even their husbands to take pictures or video of their nudity because if relations turn bad, who is going to marry them when everybody can see their nudity?

  How can someone behave like this and be given 6 months? Is that supposed to be punishment? The lady in question is a sister and daughter to people, these people will face the same disgrace as the lady.
  No doubt everybody is bad in Ghana because jail sentences for serious crimes are so ridiculous they perfectly reflect the mentality of judges.

  Till you invokes that stupid statement about Ghanaian Traditional Virtues and Culture. Please do not anger me, we do not have any virtues and value, we have a raw and primitive past, and unfortunately, in the year 2014, you will actually witness in the heart of the city 100 year lifestyles of our primitive ancestry, interwoven into modern civilized western lifestyles. We walk naked in the streets of our villages and even capital, we have no respect for each others privacy, men yank their dicks out in broad day light and clear view of anything with eyes to piss. There is nothing, absolutely nothing wrong with nudity, but the betrayal in this circumstances warrants a harsher sentence, not because your ego has to be satisfied , madam, but because Ghanaian judges are just as twisted in their minds as the convict in question. I say 2 years max !!!

  1) the judge is sensible not to destroy a boys life. Thus not sending only twenty one yrs old boy and a student to go to prison many yrs because of a nudity picture and after his time become a menace to the society.
  2) you ur self as the lecturer Madam know all is a disgrace, because no civilized society will send a person to prison for countless yrs because of nudity pics.
  3) As an advocat, u must represent both sex and not one. How do u expect the leaders r to listen to the lecturers like u. U don't make sense

  virginity to each other in 10th grade. When they graduated, they
  wanted both to go to the same college but, the girl was accepted
  to a college on the East Coast, and the guy went to a college on
  the West Coast. They agreed to be faithful to each other and to
  spend anytime they could together.
  
  As time went on, the guy would call the girl and she would never
  be home, and when he wrote, she would take weeks to return the
  letters. Even when he emailed her, she took days to return his
  messages.
  
  Finally, she confessed to him that she wanted to date around. He
  didn't take this very well and increased his calls, letters, and
  emails trying to win back her love. She soon became very annoyed
  with his persistence and now with a new boyfriend, she wanted to
  get him off her back.
  
  So, what she did is this: she took a Polaroid picture of her
  sucking her new boyfriend's cock and sent it to her
  old boyfriend with a note reading, "I found a new boyfriend,
  leave me alone."
  
  Well, needless to say, this guy was heartbroken but, even more
  so, he was pissed. So, what he did next was awesome.
  
  He wrote on the back of the photo the following,: "Dear Mom and
  Dad, having a great time at college, please send more money!"
  
  He mailed the picture to her parents.

What right does a partner have to show the others nudity in public. Spending money on a girlfriend or a wife has always been the norm for the most part and will never change. I will not take it lightly if my sister or daughter’s nudity is shown in public by a disgruntled boyfriend or husband.

  I strongly pity the school boy who was sentenced. All the same the injury has been done but he has to attend school in prison and then day goes very fast but not in prison and when he finish the sentence then he can continue his schooling and be a better person

  I have observed for sometime up till today how the Judgeship in the Country handout weak(good for nothing)Sentence for serious heinous(hateful,atrocious,wicked) offences
  to Culprits.
  My conclusion is that most of the laws in the Country are outdated and inchoate(not well formed).e.g." Any one who "does that" commits an offence,punishable by a Fine or in default 6 months imprisonment"
  I don't think we should continue with such year 1910 laws ! We have to categorize the laws to know the exact levels of the offense and the minimum Sentence associated with it
  Again, the "Charges" should be in Counts,with the number of years of imprisonment for each Count. So for example; with this case the Counts are as follows :
  1.Taking a picture without the consent or knowledge of the person. 5 years in prison.
  2.Posting a picture of someone to the www or internet(nude)without her consent.10 years in prison.
  3.Permanent Damage to the Victims Career , Reputation,Political life,etc 10years in prison.
  4.Causing intentional emotional distress, embarrassment and Depression 5years in prison. Etc etc etc
  Therefore,you can know from my analysis that the Culprit should not get anything less than Thirty ( 30 ) years in prison.
  Please note that the Counts does not run co- current (another non-sense) rule in Ghana.
  Anyway.
