Calls on the clergy to speak out on this case which has some sort of inherent criminality or negligence on the part of the health providers is misdirectional, Machiavellian in its entirety and an attempt to cast a slur on the integrity of the clergy, especially as the appropriate and responsible authority to take up this matter is Criminal Investigation Division of the Ghana police. The Zongo youth who acted in solidarity with the parents of the missing 'body' did unthinkable job since their anger should have been rather directed at the security services for not taking up the case. They should count themselves lucky that this did happen in Kookoase but not Trokosiland. They have soon forgotten what Togbuiga Gabusu did to their brothers in Hohoe Zongo. What Benard Mornah and his mischievous compatriots are doing on the radio is inappropriate.

This poor illiterate muslim woman was a perfect candidate for baby robbery. The racket sprang into action and ensured that as soon as she was delivered of her bouncing baby boy and was still dazed, they rushed with a dead baby girl and told her her child was dead. They demanded she thumbprint a paper to confirm that her baby was dead!

When she became more conscious and demanded to see the body the thieves could not produce the body because a boy could not turn into a girl! They then immediately planned to shift the blame to the poor illiterate moslem cleaner who merely emptied the bins away. How wicked can people be!!!

And we also heard how the doctor jumped to the defence of the nurses as if he was with them. It was terribly sad to hear the doctor continue to repeat that the mother thump printed to confirm that her baby was dead!

But being an illiterate moslem woman, not a single human rights or feminism organisation has even expressed any sympathy for her!!!!!

I strongly believe, if the Zongo guys had not acted violently, there wouldn't have been calls for any investigation on the issue. the doctors and nurses at the hospital have been negligent on their duty of care, but they don't want to admit that. rather, they forced the poor woman and the family to apologize upon the trauma they have caused them.
