Maybe the Russians don't because the can't support the cost. I should have said it's the same for China except in China those who could do it are from rich families. And the number of admissions for various disciplines in the US is ever more greater than in the past.

It is even considered a fashion in China to go study in Britain and the USA. A lot of Chinese students are in the most expensive institutions in the USA.
Sometimes ago it was reported there was corruption to the admissions procedure of Chinese students in the UK and the US and that, in the UK, diplomas are "fashioned" for some of them according to the way they wanted it.

I was documenting cases on this when I was looking at corruption from different perspectives, in different countries.

No country in the world refuses anybody. What countries want of immigrants simply is that they should be legal, be able to honor their laws, be able to assure auto-finance without requiring the host country to spend its resources trying to maintain someone who decided voluntarily to come to their country.

Last year, Ghana deported more than a hundred foreigners. By the end of this year, the figures would surpass one hundred for the same reasons. When you're legal, meaning you're documented and of good behavior, you won't get deported. There are still so many thousands of Ghanaians in the UK who would never be deported. Does that sound reasonable?

Why should we even go out of Ghana in the first place? We have minerals, and the country's lands are fertile. The only reason is that, greedy politicians who aren't intelligent have destroyed the country and that common citizens like you and me can't survive. Our hopes and aspirations are nipped in the bud before we even have the chance to dream about them.

Why destroy our country and then go to slave in another and face humiliation? Look at your skin and get the reply. WE are to blame, not the Brits.

1. Let us become self sufficient in food production. Why are we spending our hard-earned foreign currency importing silly food stuffs and even chicken, when we have rich agricultural land. This can provide good jobs.

2. Let's learn to make small widgets like simple equipment for repairing automobiles and machines. Why import it from China when we can make our own.

3. Let us transform the educational system. Graduates these days can barely write a grammatically correct sentence. Let alone become an entrepreneur who can create jobs.
