  IT IS RELATED TO THE OLD AGE APPRENTICESHIP SYSTEM OF LEARNING-DUAL SYSTEM OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING AND WHICH LASTS THREE YEARS.
  
  WHAT IS EXPRESSED HERE BY SDF ON ITS SKILLS TRAINING IN GHANA DOES NOT CONFORM TO UNIVERSAL VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND EDUCATION.
  
  THE HOLISTIC APPROACH INVOLVES BOTH IN-COMPANY TRAINING AND EDUCATION AT VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS.
  
  DO THE INDUSTRIES WHERE THEY HAD THEIR APPRENTICHIPS HAVE A WELL EQUIPPED WORKSHOP, AND HOW DID THEY COMBINE IT WITH CLASS ROOM WORK.
  
  DID THE STUDENTS POSSESS BASIC SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATES´.
  
  SCHOOL DROP OUTS,NEED FIRST TO HAVE BASIC SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATES BEFORE BEING ABSORBED INTO APPRENTICESHIP EDUCATION AND TRAINING.
  
  THE APPROCH USED BY SDF, MEANS,THEY FAILED TO UNDERSTAND HOW A TRULY VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING PRODUCES QUALITY SKILLED PRECISION WORKFORCE FOR CREATION OF DYNAMIC INDUSTRIES AND MANUFACTURING IN A COUNTRY TO STIMULATE ECONOMIC GROWTH.
  
  DUAL SYSTEM OF VOCCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING AREA A MAJOR FACTOR IN ECONOMIC SUCCESS AND INVENTIVENESS.
  
  A FEED BACK WILL THEREFORE BE APPRECIATED FROM THE HEAD OF THE SDF.
  
  WE CANNOT GET AHEAD-FALLING BEHIND.

  Guy thanks for your insight,its the same chew and pour bullcrap no practical input.we have aluminium,steel deposit in Ghana,if all this polythecnics and vocational schools have a standard programmes they could train them as CNC operators in industrial design whereby small to medium industries could string out all over the country to manufacture car part,truck and tractor parts,industrial tools,tools which is need in the oil and gas sector.The country is fucking rich but the leaders are dummy.
