Ghana, Rise up!! Wake up!! In this situation in which we find ourselves today, it would even be unwise for Nana Addo/NPP to talk about free SHS if he is in power today. Two hundred SHS are not the nation's priority even though building 200 SHS is good. How can we look on to see Mahama waste our little resources on 200 SHS while we all know that he cannot effectively complete this project. We have no water , electricity, roads, food, and good healthcare (basic amenities. We have not been able to bring quality to our existing SHS why do we continue building more low quality SHS? Only God knows the type of SHS Mahama is going to put up. I learned in this article that they are waiting for support from the World Bank Which means, the they have not even received a dollar from the World Bank but they are cutting sod just in the name of politics and propaganda.

How many Ghanaians do understand that Ghana is their collective nation and had wished to coperate with others to work together to do things in order to see Ghana moving forward?

Unfortunately we commonly see fights among ourselves, especially the foolish politicians who had contributed greatly to this mess because they are not united thus open the way for the whole population to fight among themselves politically and tribally, which presently is not helping the nation.

All those saying this and that, my question is what have they done or what did they do during the time they were there? Yes, it is easily said than done.

Now Akuffo Addo also will give his raps and even accuse others of what they had not done, but can he do it alone when the population to be ruled have become stubborn and unluckly uncontrollable because if you move 2 steps further to correct the stubborness, the ''democracy thing'' will surely limit your power to control and rule hence this mess in Ghana. Who thinks he can change Ghanaians?

At the moment nobody can change the minds of the people. Ghanaians, remember that changed minds from bad behavior to good behavior is the only thing that can cause change in a positive way to push a nation forward into progress and development.

Keep in mind that without this kind of change, though you can have a good leader yet you can do nothing to bring change of positive political environment which is sin quo non to financial and political development.

Let us set up factories to sew ready-made jeans, shirts, underwears and clothings bearing names of our own designers and raising national pride.

4. Let us establish beneficial rules to enhance beauty, solve health problems and risks, saftey and increase human output and participation. Eg Establish a national law that all areas or pavements abounding houses or structures fifteen feet away from a public streets must be tarred, cemented or neatly landscaped. This simple measure will increase demand for maintenance, labor, materials and solve unemployment. It will also keep our towns and cities clean.

Lets automate our toll booths. Right now we are paying some unscrupulous people who lack process or mechanism of accountability. They choose to issue tickets for payment at toll booths or issue home-made tickets as receipts beating all of us. Come on we can do better than that as a nation. Lets build slot insertion at toll booths with automation like what you find at the airports. This is the 21st century guys ! We cant be taken for a ride that long !

Her statement was rather unplanned - for it does not hold water; it is just loose talk.

Now on Nana, thank you for raising the point about thinking on the part of Ghanaian leaders. You made the point that instead of thinking about the next generation all the thinking is about winning the next election. How true this fact is for all the political parties including yours, NPP. Almost all NPP statements are about wrestling power in 2016 from NDC and nothing less. All the wranglings of that Party is how to win elections in 2016. Nana, can you sincerely and truly say that this is not the case? You used free SHS concept as your campaign slogan in 2012 - was it not because you wanted Ghanaians to buy into that slogan and vote for you? It was not a question of you thinking about any next generation, but simply to win votes and win elections. You are all the same election-thinking leaders. I am sorry to make this statement but this is the truth of the matter.

Now on the ministers of state that were in London for that meeting or conference. What for? To defend NDC or what? In fact that was a waste of the national resources that we are all crying about right now.

Hon Hannah Tetteh blamed the SSSS as the cause of the economic dislocation we are experiencing right now. This is very sad and interesting. How does she blame the SSSS? Is the SSSS a human being that acted wrongly and to be blamed? The Hon Minister should take note that the SSSS has no mouth, no ears, no eyes, no feet, etc and therefore cannot act. Somebody in Government or some people in Government decided to implement the SSSS and hence if the implementation has brought us to this economic mess, blame those people. If you are part of those who decided to implement SSSS you have to be bold and accept the blame AND NOT blame the SSSS. It is a total disgrace and shame to do that. You know the implications? You are telling Ghanaians that you are in for bad decisions - that is the Govt. This is very serious allegation, you know!
