In a country where the sector ministry can acknowledge publicly and on live media that certain institutions under their sector do not report to them or communicate with the sector ministry then we really have a serious problem and the only person who can fix this is the CEO of Ghana.

If you have inefficient government all the appointees are ineffective. Last year my mother had an operation there and was killed due to their inefficiency. Before the operation we were told it is appendix, she was returned to the ward without any drip and medication and died a week later. I sent complaint to the Ministry of health but that was the end of the story.They are all foolish people.
