In a country where the sector ministry can acknowledge publicly and on live media that certain institutions under their sector do not report to them or communicate with the sector ministry then we really have a serious problem and the only person who can fix this is the CEO of Ghana.

The whole system stinks. It is not just the mystery of the missing baby but the staff at KATH has no regard for human life. It is this case that has exposed them. If you have inefficient government all the appointees are ineffective. Last year my mother had an operation there and was killed due to their inefficiency. Before the operation we were told it is appendix, she was returned to the ward without any drip and medication and died a week later. I sent complaint to the Ministry of health but that was the end of the story.They are all foolish people.

A professor "anything" should be in the classroom, period. Give Legon plus Korle Bu to say Kofi Amoabeng etc. and that will be the end of government subvention and poor quality.
