Design programs that will help eliviate some of the burden on the government. Because it's a government hospital doees not mean u should not care where the money comes from. This is just insane how these ppl dont know how to get money for their hospitals without government assistance. EVERYTHING BLAME GOVERNMENT. ATTITUDINAL CHANGE IS DESPERATELY REQUIRED AMONG GHANAIANS. EVERYBODY WANTS TO CHEAT EVERYBODY. N THEN WHEN THAT ONE SOMEBODY GETS INTO HIGHER POSITION, U START POINTING FINGERS.
