The Minister of health should be the one to ear mark resources if he is really worth to be in that office . Instead we are seeing Chief Psychiatric pleading for funds warning the current Government of the of his grave concerns re the deterioating state of the mental health institutions in the country. This is disgraceful and strongly feel the Minister of Health must bvresign because he/she is failing the vulnerbale in our society.

In short this is why there have been many cases of lack of attention in the Hospitals and consequent death on admissions. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE JOKES OF THESE.

So we can't blame these attitude of laziness on NPP n NDC. These institutions need to be able to learn how to raise funds for their hospitals. Design programs that will help eliviate some of the burden on the government. Because it's a government hospital doees not mean u should not care where the money comes from. This is just insane how these ppl dont know how to get money for their hospitals without government assistance. EVERYTHING BLAME GOVERNMENT. ATTITUDINAL CHANGE IS DESPERATELY REQUIRED AMONG GHANAIANS. EVERYBODY WANTS TO CHEAT EVERYBODY. N THEN WHEN THAT ONE SOMEBODY GETS INTO HIGHER POSITION, U START POINTING FINGERS.
