  It is painful to see stupid Africans parroting this anasesem nonsense from Europe which the Europeans themselves do not practice anymore.
  
  Every country's ancestors invented some gods and some religion which was then spread by inter marriage, trade, colonialism, slavery etc etc. Today we have science and technology. We need more education. Praying to non-existent gods has not added one kilowatt to our national grid.
  
  We need to grow up.

Our people ought to sit up and think on solving their own problems too but we are lazy. the white man realized he couldn't wait on God to finish with His business up there so, he(white man)took his own destiny into his hands and see, he 's succeeded to a greater extent. we blacks have to do same, we are still waiting cos we want cheap-side. Cheap-side is rather expensive in terms of human development. we have to copy the white man or remain as we are many years to come. we have to give(develop scientifically) unto Ceasar as we give(pray) unto GOd

  The context of John 3:13 is not understood by the author of this article. The context can be grasped when you read the verses that preceed it.
  And here is why the author is wrong about his interpretation. Jesus was decussing with Nicodemus who wanted to know how possible it was for one to be born again. The Lord reminded him the he was talking about a spiritual rebirth which issue Nicodemus still wanted to know more about. But Jesus wondered why he would want to know about spiritual(heavenly) issues when he would not believe the things of this world he(Jesus) spoke about about.
  Now what Jesus is implying in the verse 13 of John 3 is that the only way Nicodemus can understand the import of his message about spiritual rebirth on earth is only when he has been to heaven before, and no man has been to heaven and back as at the time to testify about heaven ways of things except he alone who descended from that place.
  This does not therefore mean Elijah did not ascend into heaven, what it means is that he never descended from heaven after his ascention to testify about what is there for any one.

  This does not therefore mean Elijah did not ascend into heaven, what it means is that he never descended from heaven after his ascention to testify about what is there for any one.

  Sorry to break it to you my friend. There is not god anywhere and also no heaven. None. This is all made up fantasy stories from previous cultures and history. if you were born in India you would be discussing whether Lord Rama was seated on the right side or left of Vishnu. The fact is there is no evidence of any gods anywhere. All societies have addressed spirituality by inventing gods and mysterious things. None of it is true.
  
  And specifically on the heaven as described in the bible. Modern observation that we call science shows clearly that the bible writers had no clue of what they were talking about. They were merely guessing and making stuff up. Where the birds fly is heaven? ha ha ha ha. And where the stars are is the next level of heaven? I hope you realize the bible writers were speculating that the stars etc were all fixed on a so called firmament. Today we know this is not the case since humans have gone to space and back. If there was a firmament as the bible says those space craft would have hit it and bounced back to earth. If the stars and such were embedded in the firmament as the bible suggests then all stars, plants, galaxies etc would have been the same distance from the earth. This is not the case. The moon is 100,000 miles away. The sun is 92 million miles away. The galaxies even further and further, some into the billions of light years, and we are only talking about the observable universe.
  
  The bible is fantasy. if we want to make progress we must educate ourselves. The bible is anansesem from Europe, plain and simple. telling us that

Transcendental knowledge defies our logic of thinking so lets do more investigation before any conclusions. what do make of spiritual curses(antoa), money conjurors for example, and many other manifestations which are evident in the eye but whose source cannot be proven through science. please take time to investigate or have some experience with spiritual persons then you can say something more convincing than just saying there is no God, just because you cannot see God.   Rather, we should embraced Christianity the more. It teaches frugality, conscience, honesty, hardwork, hope, longsuffering, persistence without all which technology would of no greater use.
  
  Read a little bit of history and you would realise most of the great inventors were in fact Christians. And in our modern days the founders of Google, facebook, whatspp and Yahoo are all either practicing Jews or at least a co-founder is. Think about it.

  The Bible is replete with instances were God, in His own wisdom, made exceptions. We can talk, for example, of the cases of Noah and Lot.
  
  God in His own wisdom and power, translated the bodies of Enoch and Elijah to be able to live in heaven.

There is nothing to suggest that in between the trip from one heaven location to the other, he was not taken to "heaven" first and then to the new unknown earthly location.
  
  Also, When Yeshua (Jesus) said, no one has ascended to heaven, he did not exclude himself as you tend to suggest ... for in John 20:17, he made it clear to Mary.

  Whether Elijah was taken to the 1st or 3rd heaven has got nothing to do with our salvation, rather focus on the things Jesus thought us about attaining salvation.

In fact a careful study of the bible would show you that salvation of the soul is a remedial plan to bring man who was lost back to God. Apostle Paul admonishes us in Heb 6:1, to graduate into maturity not laying again the doctrine of repentance from dead works. The original plan of God for man is located in Eph 4:12-13

  You're right as the Bible had also referred to far away places as also 'heaven'.
  
  Mankind have misinterpreted the scriptures without thorough investigation and that's why the Jews are still waiting for the Messiah.
  
  In times of danger God delivered his Prophets or helped them to escape to a place of safety.The same happened to Elijah(peace be upon him) and the same to Jesus(peace be upon him).
  
  Elijah was to reappear before the Messiah. However, because the Jews misconstrued the scriptures they expected Elijah to descend from the Heavens which wasn't the case. Elijah came as John the Baptist according to the scriptures. The Jews lost the plot and they're still waiting for the Messiah beacause they did not accept John the Baptist as the Elijah.
  
  The same way Jesus escaped to a place of safety and not to the skies. That's why his real disciples who were supposed to be witnesses i.e. Mathew and John never mentioned ascension in their scriptures. Mark and Luke mentioned about ascension but they were not disciples and couldn't be credible to give first witness accounts.
  
  History has repeated itself and some Christians are still waiting for Jesus (who didn't ascend to the skies ) to descend.
  
  The truth is, the latter day's Messiah has already appeared and you can enquire from alislam.org or ask the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association wherever you are and the truth would be manifested to you.

If He could give us His throne and life just to reach to us, what in existence can separate us from Him??? His dwelling place??? Pleeeeeaaaase come on. He is not like any of us. He admonishes us to save our riches in heaven, and says He is preparing a place for us who believe and obey Him. How can He prove His love love for us if He does not want us near Him??? Please the mansions of heaven are for all people known and accepted by God through our Lord Jesus Christ. The rest of earth's issues does not limit those of us in Christ Jesus. A true loving Father even among men live with their families. Please STOP painting a wrong picture of God, because the veil is already torn.Praise GOD!!!!!
